DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION

Divergent Insights is an inclusive workplace where we acknowledge and respect diversity. Learn more about our plan to foster diversity within our workplace and in society

OUR PLAN

This is what Diversity and Inclusion means to us:

  • Diversity and Inclusion is not about words but actions. We are tangibly doing something to contribute back to society. Learn more about our actions

  • Diversity and Inclusion is not about looking good to others, being more productive, or meeting corporate KPIs but about being good. Put simply, we value difference not because our workplace or customers benefit from it but because it is just the right thing to do

  • Diversity and Inclusion is not only about our workplace but also about our society. We want to be part of the broader conversation and we are equally committed to create an inclusive workplace and foster a society where difference is understood and valued

We recognise and respect differences, such as:

  • Disability

  • Sensory needs

  • Age

  • Race

  • Ethnicity

  • Sexual orientation

  • Gender

  • Culture

  • Religious beliefs

  • Educational level

OUR ACTIONS

Currently, Divergent Insights is supporting the following initiatives:

  1. The Divergent X Foundation - we are actively contributing to the creation of an Australian-based not-for-profit organisation that will specialise on the development of open-source, innovative and modern software applications to assist people with autism

  2. Upskill Me Program - we are providing pro bono (free) high-quality and specialised training to those with needs. Please note that this training is part of the Divergent X Foundation "Upskill Me Program"
