If you have any questions regarding our Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy, please contact us at info@divergentinsights.com.au If You Need to Cancel We understand that on occasions participants may need to cancel their place on a course. We require: 1. You to inform us in writing of your need to cancel your place a minimum of 10 working days prior to the course at training@divergentinsights.com.au. 2. Upon written notification of participant cancellation, full refunds will be issued and are subject to a $150 processing charge. 3. Cancellation within 10 working days of the course will not be eligible for a refund. A substitute delegate is welcome. Contact us at training@divergentinsights.com.au with details of the substitution. If We Need to Cancel The cancellation of a course is a matter taken very seriously and is avoided where possible. If we cancel a course (for example, course running costs not covered due to small participant numbers) the following is applicable: 1. Course registration fees will be refunded in full to each registered participant. 2. Registered participants have the option to transfer their registration to another course. 3. All registered participants will be notified either by email or phone. 4. We are not liable for any costs associated with airfares or accommodation. We recommend that participants consider travel insurance and booking flexible flights and accommodation.
